As the official replacement for the Vivo V40 Lite 5G, the Vivo V50 Lite 5G is available in international markets. Following the vanilla Vivo V50 and Vivo V50 Lite 4G, it is the third smartphone in the Vivo V50 series portfolio. The MediaTek SoC included in the Vivo V50 Lite 5G replaces the Qualcomm chip found in its predecessor. The Vivo V50 Lite 4G was unveiled by the company to the Turkish market earlier this week.

Cost and availability of the Vivo V50 Lite 5G
The 12GB + 512GB model of the Vivo V50 Lite 5G costs €399 (around Rs 37,200).
The phone may be bought on Vivo’s online store in Spain. Depending on the market, it may be available in several configurations.
Given that the Vivo V40 Lite 5G was not released in India, it is unlikely that the smartphone would debut there. On the other hand, no formal announcement has been made about its introduction in India.

It is available in Phantasy Purple, Silk Green, Titanium Gold, and Phantom Black (deep purple). Each market or location may have different marketing names for the colors.
Specifications and features of the Vivo V50 Lite 5G
Display: The Vivo V50 Lite 5G boasts a 6.77-inch 2.5D pOLED screen with 1800 nits of maximum brightness, 120 Hz refresh rate, and FHD+ resolution. In addition, it is certified SGS Low Blue Light and has a screen-to-body ratio of 94.2%.
Processor: The MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, which is paired with UFS 2.2 internal storage and LPDDR4X RAM, powers the smartphone.
Software: FunTouch OS 15, which is based on Android 15, is installed on the smartphone. Circle to Search, AI Erase 2.0, AI Photo Enhance, AI SuperLink, and Live Text are all supported.
Cameras: The Vivo V50 Lite 5G also has a sizable camera module that is positioned vertically and contains two cameras in addition to an AURA light. A 50MP Sony IMX 882 primary camera with an f/1.79 aperture and a secondary 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide camera are part of the configuration. It sports a 32MP front-facing camera with an f/2.45 aperture for taking selfies.

Battery and charging: The smartphone has a sizable 6,500mAh BlueVolt battery that supports 6W reverse wired charging and 90W FlashCharge wired rapid charging. With only 23 and 52.5 minutes, it can charge from 0% to 50% and 100%. Additionally, the firm asserts that after five years, it will still have more than 80% of its capacity.
Additional features: With a thickness of 7.79 mm, the V50 Lite 5G boasts an incredibly thin design. It is IP65 dust and water resistant and certified to MIL-STD-810H. A dual stereo speaker system with a 400% volume mode is another feature of the smartphone.
