Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE: what we know so far

  • Past reports suggested that Samsung could switch to Exynos from Snapdragon chipset on this year’s Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE models.
  • However, as per the recent development, the South Korean brand could stick to Snapdragon 8 Elite on the standard variant.
  • Meanwhile, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE could reportedly be powered by Exynos 2500 SoC instead of the previously rumoured Exynos 2400e. The former was initially expected to power the Galaxy S25 series.
  • This is because the company’s foundry is facing challenges in production of 3nm chipsets.
  • The report also states that the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE could see a delayed launch, arriving several months later than the Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 which are expected to debut in July this year.
  • To recall, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 debuted at a starting price tag of Rs 1,09,999 and Rs 1,64,999, respectively.
