The report states that following its announcement in China, the iQOO 13 is expected to be released in India between December 1st and December 10th. Although confirmation is still pending, the expected timeline coincides with the release of the iQOO 12.

iQOO 13 specifications (expected)

Display: The 13 is rumored to include a 6.7-inch 2K 144Hz AMOLED screen, which is identical to the iQOO 12’s panel but built by BOE.

processor: The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC, which is expected to be included in the iQOO 13, will replace the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor found in the preceding model. Notably, major phones like the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and OnePlus 13 will also come with the Gen 4 chipset.

RAM and storage: Similar to the iQOO 12, the iQOO 13 is rumored to include 512GB of internal storage and up to 16GB of RAM.

iQOO 13 is anticipated to include three rear cameras: a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 50MP 2x telephoto sensor. Recall that the iQOO 12’s initial camera configuration was 50MP+50MP+64MP.

Battery and Charging: The 6,150mAh battery that the iQOO 13 is expected to carry is an improvement above the 5,000mAh battery seen in the iQOO 12. The 13 is rumored to enable 100W wired fast charging, though, which may be a drop from the 120W fast charging of the iQOO 12.

Additional features: An IP68 water and dust resistance rating is probably in store for the 13. It will also have an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner and a light strip design on the back.

Since the report does not cite its source, we advise you to proceed with caution when interpreting these details. Furthermore, none of these information have been verified by the smartphone manufacturer yet. It appears that we will have to wait a few more weeks or months to find out the exact cost and details. Stay tuned until then.
